Arrived at 5:30am and exhausted. Front desk rep was professional, patient and personable. The hotel's lobby decore is dated but it was clean, roomy and attractive. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The sparkling bathroom had a huge tub and plush towels to spare. Complimentary lotion and hand sanitizer with a notice to contact the front desk should you need other toiletries. Hair dryer attached to the wall. An iron hangs on the wall in the foyer. The beds were the star of the show. They were extra comfortable and inviting, though I would have opted for firmer pillows. We didn't want to get out of the beds. The Quality Inn is not trying to pretend to be something it's not. What it does try to be is a quiet, inviting, attractive and comfortable place to lay your head. In my experience at the Quality Inn, it succeeded on all fronts.
